The MAS 458 Portable Ion Meter is dedicated to the measurement of ions in water. It’s Dual ION mode allows for the measurement of two separate species without the need for recalibration. The ION species is displayed along with concentration in units of your choice. Continuous monitoring is possible using the ION logging function.
For rapid ion analysis or for measurement there is a Known Addition mode which corrects for the background effects of the sample matrix.
The MAS 458 is easy to use with Auto End Point and 1,2 or 3 point automatic calibration.
The Low or High Resolution option optimises operation for Field or Laboratory measurement.
Every instrument has a mini USB output for printing or exporting sample and calibration data. If printing is not possible, there is a 10,000 data point – 64 file internal memory to enable field data to be recorded.
