Procedure of Measurement using RAMAN Spectrometer

RAMAN Spectrometer, Dual Channel, Portable, MAS 6083

Optical components and test samples

The setup consists of a laser (λexc=532nm) for excitation with a power of 0–100mw, two 532 nm Raman probes for excitation and collection, two custom-made optical fibers (NA=0.1), and a multi-field-of-view Raman spectrometer. Single and batch processing of both types of samples through special optical settings. The samples consisted of paracetamol, benzoic acid, salicylic acid purchased from Shandong Yusuo Chemical Technology Co.

Measurement procedure

In order to perform parallel determinations, the samples must be

Dual-channel Raman spectroscopy measurement system

The dual-channel Raman spectrometer’s online inspection system, as illustrated in Fig. 6a, incorporates a Raman probe designed according to Fig. 1. The laser is introduced via the combining end of the Y-fiber, subsequently splitting the fiber into two distinct beams. These beams are individually channeled to the excitation end of the Raman probe. Here, they are collimated by a collimating mirror (CM) to produce parallel light. This light is then reflected through a narrow-bandpass filter (NBP:

Conclusion

A novel set up for on-line multi-channel Raman detection allows parallel, high-throughput acquisition of Raman spectra in multiple probes. The advantage of this set up over microscope setups and multi-table Raman spectrometer setups is the ability to perform on-line multi-channel Raman spectroscopy through custom fiber optics. It has the advantages of high throughput detection, small size, shorter detection time and lower cost. A dual-channel Raman spectrometer was designed by adjusting the
